BY MAIL--Enclose a check, money order or cashiers check. Calling your local UPS office and giving the weight stated on the price sheet for the appropriate item can calculate shipping charges. BY PHONE--Please call us toll free at 1-888-523-3422 or you may call 1-406--665-3422. We will be happy to take your order and answer any questions you may have. Our hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am --6:00 pm. Saturday hours are 9:00 am --5:00 pm. ORDERS--when placing an order 50% is required to start production. The full amount must be processed before shipment. We happily accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks (7-10 day approval). WARRANTY--If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, for any reason, return it to us within 15 days in unused condition, for a full refund of your purchase price. Please provide dated proof of purchase. Kinney's Saddle Shop & Tepees warrants to the original purchaser, its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion when returned to us, freight prepaid. Any returns for repair or placement will require prior authorization and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase. Kinney's Saddle Shop & Tepees makes no other warranty whether expressed or implied and shall not be liable for damages resulting from use or other outside forces beyond our control. Kinney's Saddle Shop & Tepees will not be responsible for mildew. Refer to the "Canvas Care" section for care and protection. NO REFUNDS ON TEPEE POLES--NO EXCEPTIONS. PRICING--All pricing is subject to change without notice. DELIVERY TIME--All orders are shipped out as soon as possible so you can enjoy your new tepee or tent. There are some times during the year that our products may take longer to ship than others. We try to have a variety to items in stock. If they are not in stock you should allow 3 weeks for shipment, but may be longer in the spring and summer season. ORDER EARLY FOR IMPORTANT EVENTS. CUSTOM ORDERS--Custom orders are available, just tell us how you want it. Special pricing and product availability will be determined at the time the order is placed. ORDER CANCELLATIONS--Orders cannot be canceled for custom, or special order products once fabric has been ordered or production commenced. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all in-stock returned items. SHIPPING--Whenever possible, all items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Faster service, UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services are also available at the expense of the customer placing the order. Multiple or oversize items such as tepee poles may require common carrier shipment. Shipping charges for these larger shipments can be quoted when order is placed. Items over 150 lbs. or 108" in length require truck shipment.
